The Ashtabula County Health Department will no longer provide plumbing services which include commercial or residential plumbing inspections, plan reviews or plumbing permits. Starting September 26, 2025, all plumbing services in Ashtabula County will be conducted by the Ashtabula County Building Department. The building department is located at 25 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, OH 44047 and can be reached by phone at (440)576-3737.

At our Physical Assessments Clinics we provide complete physicals for persons of any age. Call the Ashtabula County Health Department at (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information and to schedule an appointment.
Physical Assessments Clinics (also called a wellness clinic or well child clinic) will be held at ACHD on some Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month, by appointment only. More information is available on our website.

Please be sure we are in-network for your insurance carrier.
Free vaccine's are available those who qualify.
