Good Dental Health

Teeth are necessary for appearance, for proper speech and to properly chew. Untreated

dental disease affects the quality of life.

Follow the ABCʼs of Dental Health

  • Always eat right
  • Brush and floss your teeth everyday
  • Checkups need to be done regularly

Make your smile worthwhile! Taking care of your teeth is important. Brush your teeth three

times a day, floss your teeth and avoid the use of tobacco products. Good dental care is

important to your overall health. Make sure you and your family see a dentist at least once a

year. A trip to the dentist can ensure that you receive the needed preventive care so that your

 teeth and gums remain healthy
