In order to protect yourself and those around you from respiratory viruses, the CDC has released their annual guidance on prevention strategies. The CDC recommends staying up-to-date on immunizations, practicing good hand hygiene, and seeking health care when you do feel ill.
It is important to prevent the spread of illness when you are sick. You can do this by staying home and away from others when you feel ill, take steps for cleaner air, such as using air purifiers in your home, and being diligent about hygiene.
