The Ashtabula County Community Health Needs Assessment report (CHNA) provides updated and statistical health status information on county residents. The most recent Ashtabula County Community Health Needs Assessment was released in September 2025.
Acting as the strategic plan for Healthy Ashtabula County (comprised of the Health Departments of Ashtabula County and multiple community organizations), the CHIP serves as a roadmap toward improving the health and well-being of Ashtabula County residents in three priority areas: Obesity, Access to Care, and Depression and Anxiety Prevention and Treatment.
