Our Mobile Public Clinics for school shots are completed for this year. Mobile clinics are only available from March through October.

At our Physical Assessments Clinics we provide complete physicals for persons of any age. Call the Ashtabula County Health Department at (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information and to schedule an appointment.
Physical Assessments Clinics (also called a wellness clinic or well child clinic) will be held at ACHD on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month, by appointment only.
