Don’t Let The Flu Catch You!
- Cover your Cough and Sneeze with a tissue. Put the used tissue in a waste basket OR cough or sneeze in your upper sleeve – – not your hand.
- Clean Your Hands – – after coughing or sneezing wash hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds OR clean with alcohol – based hand cleaner.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth – – germs spread this way.
- If you are ill, stay home.
- Avoid contact with sick people.
- Get your seasonal flu vaccine.
