At our Wellness Clinics we provide complete physicals for persons of any age. Call the Ashtabula County Health Department at (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information and to schedule an appointment. Wellness Clinics will be held at ACHD on some Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month, by appointment. You may schedule an appointment by calling the number below.
Dr. Pamela Lancaster DO, or Kathleen Shontz NP, will provide the exams.
