If you intend to do business of transporting portable water in Ashtabula County Health District you will need to complete an application and return it to our office. The license period runs from January 1st through December 31st of each year.
The current fees are:
$60 for one truck plus $30 for each additional truck
$120 for one truck plus $60 for each additional truck if the license is NOT renewed by January 1st.
Once your truck has been inspected a sticker will be mailed to you for your truck.
