* ACHD will hold a Childhood Immunization Clinic at Orwell Country Neighbor, 39 S Maple St, Orwell, tomorrow, the second Thursday of May–May 8–from 1 pm to 3 pm. No appointment is required. Bring insurance cards and shot records if you have them. Some vaccines are available at no cost for those who qualify. Parent must accompany minor. At our Physical Assessments Clinics we provide complete physicals for persons of any age. Call the Ashtabula County Health Department at (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information and to schedule an appointment.
Physical Assessments Clinics (also called a wellness clinic or well child clinic) will be held at ACHD on some Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month, by appointment only.
