For Childhood Immunization Clinics, select one of the options below — in our office at 12 W. Jefferson St, in Jefferson, or at one of our mobile clinics in various communities around the county.
If vaccines are needed at any time, you can always call (440)576-6010, option 2, for vaccine information, or an appointment.
Parents must accompany minors. Bring insurance cards. Some vaccines are available at no charge for those who qualify. These and the other vaccines we offer can be found here.
